Dualshok 3 lags when connected to PC via Bluetooth

People,help!!! I wanted to play lying on the couch,decided to connect to my computer an old DualShock 3.I searched the Internet way tried.When connecting to a PC through the cord, everything is OK,but the Bluetooth problem ,does not work R2 and L2 and the right stick only works when pressed.What could it be?Who is to blame and what to do?
