Freezes when entering the server (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

When you start the game everything is fine, but the game hangs when it found the server and joined, and appears to run the world the game freezes. And so it goes with bots, but in training no such problems.

I checked the cache integrity and found 1 file is not loaded. you hit and all is well.
