Looking for Spawn menu (S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl)

Who the thread knows where to download Spawn-menu for the modification of the New Arsenal 5.1 ?

Installed a Repack with integrated this mod and it seems to work as it should but as soon as I installed it Spawn menu for the New Arsenal 5 game has stopped running.Looks needed for version 5.1..And all who played as it's worth it and how Affairs with stability can upgrade to version 5, and nothing it does not lose?
