The problem with the computer(iron sound in the game, friezes)

Okay, pitch old, 9800gt, boosted e5300 3.4 ghz, ram 4gb, hdd wd here. I know that the config is weak, however, had not had problems with sound and generally had no problems. After reinstalling appeared the above trouble.
