Uncomfortable bug (The Long Dark)

Such is the problem , ladies and gentlemen , in the cutscenes the game has no sound at all , the game itself is , and as soon as the cutscene starts silent film ( luckily there are subs ) . The whole story read the subs as it is not comfortable , I would like at least the English localization . Who faced and knows as it is possible to PEEN - I would be very grateful to all the answers .
