Inhibit the cut scenes (Assassin's Creed: Origins)

Actually a question, on any graphics settings inhibit the cut scenes, even sometimes comes to the fact that the image goes jerky, and where the feeling that 30фпс with the drawdowns, but once passed the control, then in the game everything is fast and fluid, etc., played comfortably and without brakes and even without problems with the plane (I have it enabled), I play on PC.
Does anyone have still this problem? The gameplay and the in game clips the brakes.
