Bonus costumes DLC A walk in the park (The Surge)

Has anyone collected a full set of three costumes from the DLC is,what bonuses they give,I don't have the spiral of the 1st level for hands,falls to 2nd level,I understand it is necessary at the first location to go that would knock.
