Odd enough as it is

Windows 10. AMD Ryzen 5 1500x, 8gb DDR4, gtx 1050ti. Lived not grieve. Played games. But suddenly, for no reason at all the games plummeted fps by 10-15 per cent and there was a rare but strong podragivanija. It is not clear why suddenly this problem appeared. Was 7 Windows, reinstall for 10 did not help. Virus scan too, nothing fixed, like cleaning the system unit. Didn't fix anything. The system itself is working fine but in games problems. And these problems appeared out of nowhere. What it could be and how to fix it?
