Windows 10 constantly download, even after clearing the memory

I know that the topic is not new and Google has a whole bunch on this, the problem is that I did not understand what is my problem. Recently downloaded a wonderful thing like Reg Organizer. With its help, cleared as many as 40(!) gigs don't need garbage. The problem is that immediately after that released the gigabytes started to get lost, as I understand it, Windows again download this garbage. Who with such faced, there is a solution?

Windows itself, as well as some of the program over time, beastly system - create temporary files etc. can take place and the so-called tails - remains not completely uninstalled programs. Reg Organizer great app (itself I use) - but not always able to completely remove some program, but only if it was installed with the tracking in RO. About losing your spot can be prevented without using the pooping software, but if without it in any way - regularly clean with RO or other similar programs. By the way, after upgrading to some version (can not remember exactly - he went back to the old 6.60) RO became partially perform the functions of the OS (cleaning the basket etc.), and also clears the caches of the browsers (in the past I've seen were Chrome, may now be added, and others) - if you leave the required items in the section cleaning.

Scripts rule. And anyway, Chrome seems to cache although created in large volume, it is basically a cache for today always (well, if not quite ancient version of a browser).

Just clean often and all. You shoes or clothes after purchase not once cleaned. The computer is also the sort of thing that one time it did not forever. Stable should be cleaned once a week with active use
