Problems with the repair ComputerUniverse

Guys, this topic was bought in Germany computer parts, eventually broke the motherboard. Sent in for repair, it came back at all dead, just before image or after the repair it didn't react at all for anything. Sent back, and now it came in the exact same condition. Spent 4 months on this shit, pay for shipping, the money could buy a new one. Encountered someone like this? Can I file a complaint to some organization? I don't know what to do.
