Decrease weapon damage (Fallout 4)

Played a bit with the mod, and then got knocked out when switched to a regular game I noticed that the weapon damage is too small, for example tooth Crema with 63 points of damage jumped to 8, and the maximum weapon damage was 50 units ballistic, 50 units of energy or radiation 111, changed the difficulty and restarted the game still the same
How to fix it?
