The problem with installing the game (Forza Motorsport 7)

While downloading turned off the light, then further rocked, as soon as you hit a certain size, started install, after a while again went on the jump, and so is changing still, set/jump/set.... it somehow ruined because of the interruption of light or as it should be? The same game I put on the local disk, but is now beginning to clog the memory on the local
