The game is limit to 60 fps ? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

in the graphics settings removed the limit but the game fps is still jumping from 59 to 60. don't ask why, just tell me is it possible to remove the restriction

I was so,I accidentally studying the settings for the graphics card,the display locked at 50 fps everywhere else it was 50 ,even with the sync though without.Think this is the problem
