Live initialization failed! (FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage)

I think that no one faced a problem when I run the game Fatal error - Live initialization failed!. In version 1.2 it works, but in 3.5, the game gives an error described above. So anyone have any idea how to solve this problem, unsubscribe.

Litsuhu bought,first also not rabotala then in the game folder installed the file XLiveRedist01.02.0241.00.msi and it worked
