Sound disappeared (Vampyr)

After the first movie,which is in the form of pictures,sound disappeared.Thought appears after a video of him biting a woman,but there,too, nothing happened.Was such at whom?

I have earlier problems with sound in games was not only the Prototype,but there is another story.And then BAM and all.Even when I start the game,all logo sound appear,but as soon as the menu appears it disappears.
