Trolley with funnel (Minecraft)

It must pass under the chest. Not close, but under. With a maximum acceleration of trolley (if using the acceleration of the rail), the trolley will be able to collect 4 items for one fare.
Also, you can build a simple mechanism that allows the trolley to take things from the chest. But things should take no more than five cells, otherwise the trolley will be brought to a halt.
