*Completed all story missions
*Completed all secondary missions
*Completed 5 levels of all classes
*Fail any 5 classes
*Collected all the gum (75 pieces)
*Collected all cards (45 pieces)
*Destroyed all of the dwarves (25 pieces)
*Contains all the transistors (6 PCs) and related homeless
*Passed the 100 km walk
*Overcome 100 km on a skateboard
*Done 100 km on the bike
*Won all karting competitions
*Won all of Cycling
*Winning all the Boxing matches
*Completed work on the lawnmower(3 levels in the Park and 3 levels of the house)
*Completed the paperboy
*Achieved approximately 31-50 orders
*Bought all the clothes
*Completed the entire graduation album
*Visit once each attraction (3 pieces)
*Won all games in an amusement Park (4 pieces)
*Bought all items in the store in the amusement Park
*On 20 times a fire alarm
*Records set (Only 1 place) slot machines (Consumo, Nut Shots, Monkey Fling)
*Won in Mint (On the edge of a football field) and Penalty (Near the gym)
*Drinking 500 bottles of soda
*Smashed all the pumpkins

I went through the game for approximately 97.8 %, it remains the record to beat in the electronic games and 2 assignments to be done(fulfilled 48 of 50).
wolf_698: For 100% do not need to perform all the tasks,rather about 30.Although I did 49 because I flunked the order of the fat guy nerd(can't remember his name) at the beginning of the game, and then it appeared again.So that you have Toko records in games to beat and all!
