Steam all downloaded, but the game does not start.... (Aliens: Colonial Marines)

Solution: go to Steam folder and delete everything except steamapps folder and steam.exe.

As I understand here it is in game. Before the update I played it normally but then deleted, now recently downloaded it again to see what's new in the game, and it does not start.
Now replaced the previous version and it's working.
