Quest Continuous care. (Fallout: New Vegas)

All Kind time of day. The point is that the starting quest of Continuous care, I was asked Veronica to talk to the elder of the brotherhood of Steel, But in coming to the Bunker when talking to an elder in the dialogues does not even hint at the conversation on the subject of Veronica. Maybe this is a bug or I do something wrong?
