New game++ (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hi all. Nobody knows some way to start a new game++? When I first started playing, a friend wanted some help. Immediately went to the blood and wine, said to be crafted for a comfortable game and start a new game+. Passed the game 1 time on new game+, level 87, but I want to re-take without losing your progress, I so carefully every hole is explored, collected a lot, a pity to lose, but pereproyti in a different style and different ending I want. The game itself will not let me start a new game++, and I understand why. But maybe you can somehow to get around the restriction or is there some mod that can help? Alternatively, nacitanie in the new game, exactly what I have now, but this is an extreme case, a farm of some kind.
