Is not set fashion. (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Installed mod to replace almost all cars, it's all right, but some add-ons and mods still don't work. Set before the add-on LSPDFR, wrote errors. Now decided to put VehicleControl and MatualTransmission. ScriptHookV preset, the game goes but nothing works. Did everything exactly according to the guides, what's the problem?
