Shared library locked
Here's the thing popping up. http://prntscr.com/k161g0Played family access to PAYDAY 2 in about a year, no settings changed.
The account library available to me, there is nothing changed.
How to fix this error?

The public library is locked
in connection with the sale of many Steam is and will be... awhile
write to the support team, if purely in-game challenges, needs to improve
and servers the people of the world coming down now in pursuit of badges
