Russian in the game (Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands)

in the game settings, put everything on Russian,after restarting the game,again all in inglish,the path to the game without kirilica,pirates. can someone tell what file to edit.
the language in the game, it was all good until the change of the hard and reinstall the system. the game plows on hurrah,only with the language problems. too lazy to pump.
