There is hardly a mod ... You need to learn the basics ( even the basics ) Creation Kit and manually remove the annoying sounds.
Basically, I met fashion on the removal of the sounds from the generators, and weapons, only the replacement of such. I myself, with varying degrees of success, replaced the sounds in the game, but never removed ... :-)
