In my case my joystick Generic USB Joystic. You may have to work some magic with settings up, down, left, right. For the right analogue it's kind of the bottom line(AXIS_2).
PS: this file I did for fify 13, so that if someone right analog worked in FIFA 13, then just rename the file buttonDatasetup.ini in buttonData.ini and place in the root of the game FIFA 14.
