Is the game choppy. (Ni no Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom)

No matter what settings medium or low, the game is choppy even though the fps of 40-50. I watched the guide they say to disable the plane in the video card and put in the Manager Real time partially helped but then crash you have to restart the PC.
