Loaded 3d cpu

Hello people, faced with the same problem on my video card started to boot 100% of 3d cpu(the gtx 1060 3g msi)
Played PUBG an average of 70 fps, then one day started badly drawdowns to 10-15 frames even in the lobby, opened task Manager and there it 3d cpu 100 % loaded. Before such was not. Windows reinstall did not help. Had Kago problem of this kind?
