The locked door in Insomnia (Final Fantasy 15)

I have a question - on the wiki I found a description of the important subject of Generic key to the tunnels .it is written that it can be found in Insomnia Chapter 14.Someone be found?and if so where,can you tell?

after several hours of wandering across Insomnia I finally found a place where is this damn key

Just go down to the subway to the destination,we pass a little forward and voila,the key lies right there in the corner
