Sephiroth was gone :) (The Witcher)

Hello and good day!
I write here with the problem.
The second Chapter of the swamp.
Went into the cave in search of the Sephiroth Yesod. It's what I found. However, after exiting the cave, I had to reboot to AutoSave at the same time. However, in the inventory of the Sephiroth was not there. Well, I guess it does not matter, now quickly take and run away. But there it was. In the sarcophagus was not it :)
Don't know how to fix a bug or to find a missing person? Please help(

Sephiroth came to the Department inventory for quest items (the upper part). Scroll this Department from right to left.
