Publication time depends on the load of the moderators, it's only Wednesday, so still too early to panic.
I also have this problem, publish the archive with the mod, the site gives an error due to too large file, I will cut up the file into two files and spread with an explanation of why shared mod and in the end the mod is removed and write that the site provides virtually unlimited amount of files, delete the explanation and the file is removed due to poor quality.
