Problems with the game (Jump Force)

Hi guys,I need help,when I put the final blow to the opponent and the round ends,the game freezes for a while(about 7 seconds),you can hear an excerpt of music and sound but then the game just crash,this problem bothering me for 2 months. When this problem appeared I contacted the developers,So.... They are**I did not,Said they say my CPU is weak,although I sent the data about the components
All components meet the minimum requirements,I Uninstalled the game and then re-rocked ,and this fucking EasyAntiCheat On a new version set,I even driver its vidyuhi before the time changed(I usually do it every 2 months),but nothing works,Can someone have a solution?
