Update your Steam library.

Valve has launched a beta test of the updated game library in the Steam client.

To download the update you need to click on the link: https://store.steampowered.com/libraryupdate click on "participate in beta", then in the select Steam Beta Update and restart the launcher (or do it directly from the client).
