Friezes at 60 fps

Harki a Computer: i-5-4570 3.2. Ghz
Asus GTX 760 driver 352.86
RAM: 4x2 Kingston Hyperx 1866 Mhz
Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC Mate
PSU Chieftec 750w.

The problem started when I assembled a new PC. In AC3, with 55 fps very suddenly jerks image when turning the mouse. BF3 twitch when I look in the sight or jump over the obstacle and drive the mouse up and down. In Dark messiah of might and magick twitches when you do a super attack or when you throw the object at someone. That is not always twitches, but only when some specific action. Please help.
