Crashes on license (Just Cause 4)

Bought litsuhu.Runs fine,not slow(Although better brakes would be than it).BUT.Randomly crashes with the error"AppHangB1.A lot of methods tried...startup with administrator rights or compatibility with an earlier version of Windows,completely reinstall drivers cut streaming optimization in socket of invidia, etc.
