Spiral staircase (The Sims 4)

It was a fiasco. I've downloaded more stuff in search of the spiral stairs WORKING!

they're all short to the second floor do not hold....
for 6 years not to namedit spiral staircase? seriously? working?

or even I do not understand..... or not there looking for?
