Too low fps and gertsovka. (Doom (2016))

System i7-6700k RTX-2080. Decided to re-beat the game, and then BAM fps above 70 and micro freezes (or rather not describe). What could be the problem, in the game settings, like digging, lowering settings does not help. Monitor 2K 144 Hertz.
