I noticed that this problem only on the RU servers and I suspect that this is due to the fact that the RU servers as mentioned , are not always the RU servers , can throw in Asia or Europe , though it is written PV. I think that this is the reason for the lack of voice chat in some games. I think it's made by the developers that the players did not know that they are not where you think. This is all due to the fact that the RU server is weaker than the others and that all could play a part load (some games) are transferred to other servers.
