The problem with himlaboratoriey. (Fallout 4)

The ability to create components in the chemical laboratory is locked even after I got the hang of Science 2 (I go to the crafting menu, but there is still a castle and the words Science - level 2).

No, in the crafting menu all the buttons are grey (disabled) and a large inscription Science, level 2

And the perk didn't get from the console? (where to get need like a certain level of intellect, maybe not enough?)
