Sudden lags, freezes in games.

Good day, dear forum, like 4 months I already suffer with-standing problem on my PC - freezes. They are following me, and do not allow me to enjoy games. Here are my specifications
FX 6300 3.5 Ghz
GTX 750 TI 1 gb
8 gb ram
I agree, not the most top-end configuration for the present time, but my first six months all were more than satisfied. I was just in awe of the smooth game, everything was perfect, considering that my last laptop is not pulled and the COP go. In February of this year I noticed the friezes in games, you know those small and annoying mini-stop? Here they are. Run in peace, 100 fps for example, and Bach, small frieze, and then through time more and more and more.
