Lok at 60 fps (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege)

Guys,I have after latest update(Operation Chimera)there was a lock on 60 fps. Vertical sync does not turn off at all. What to do?

If the graphics card is from Nvidia, open the Nvidia control panel - manage 3D settings - vertical sync - off.
