Problem with Mothership Zeta (Fallout 3)

Guys, this problem. Stuck on the ship and can't get out of it (went to the teleport, it closed behind me and I blacked out now I'm in a confined space from which nothing can escape). Maybe there's some way to go back, well, or at least go back to the wasteland with his stuff ( and the hell with this modification)
