Problems with sound. (Fallout 3)

Here is the problem. When I opened the box once then everything is fine,but when open it again,the sound is repeatedly played back like 100 boxes once opened.And this is with all items:doors,ammunition boxes and so on. What could be the problem?

If the license, try to verify the cache through the Steam library, something could be lost during boot. But if pirates, it is likely that the crack itself, but still worth a look in the settings.
