What is more important for games?

I want to choose a CPU, but I don't know what is more important - frequency or cache. Can anyone explain which is more important?

(Well, better than Ryzen FX)

the sound kukurusina 8 16 threads if not confusing at FKH 8 sound
also according to benchmarks corn FKH AMD is clearly faster on the core and some benchmarks comparable to the expensive segment of Intel some banesti
plus a lot of other positive differences as AZM support platform ддр4 memory and PSL x 3.0
ceui he's got under the lid do not see sense to comprehend
the importance of the CPU, I think the performance of stress tasks with large number of threads sequentially in 1 core where speed is important the cache which scout does not know how (and AMD FKH has vesma despicable performance per core in the old applications that it can, in principle, to equalize with a deeply bearded processors when adjusting a frequency and cores)
the meaning of the enty is so catastrophically quickly hitting gravely and physics intended for multiparallel GPU and other operations
on the number of threads where the more the better and the more often the actual CPU can feed the noodle and boot party Affairs during Igor
and have the potential for the game sooner or later will start using more threads 12-18

Games frequency and a minimum of 4 eggs, the cache is also not the last parameter at ryzen no problem with that.

And frequency and cache are important. If possible, try not to skimp on the processor - even with a good graphics card the game can slow down if the performance of the rested in the CPU.

It is necessary to compare specific CPU (each line there are high-end and budget models) - clock frequency number of cores / threads, cache amounts, etc. of Course look at some benchmarks in the games you are interested in / applications. But if you have the opportunity to take a new and more efficient processor, neglect it not worth it.
