Yeah,that's what I meant.When I started playing,'ve made all kinds of different mods,and have no idea about compatibility,load order and so on.Grabbed a similar problem.Was advised to roll back to an earlier save,rolled for 20 hours-helped.

Several variants of the return image on the PIP-boy ...
player.equipitem 00198B13 (it inserts armor)
player.00198B13 removeitem (this deletes it)
player.0021b3b equipitem (this fixes the "pipboy" which disappears)
