Storage for transport accommodates one car. To modify it nothing.
But if a car repair shop it is possible to modify and store the (setting the explosives are not available). Modificeres only transport with Warstoke, added with updates the arms Trade, Smugglers (some of the ground transports with guns), judgment day.
You can buy empty, and then gradually improve. The total amount spent remains the same.
