City17.ru left without a master (Half-Life 2)

Back in January John Andreev, which is about 8-9 years (since 2001) held the website http://city17.ru/ - one of the most famous sites about mod HL, HL2 and Portal, stated that it will no longer write reviews. He sold the site some old individuals who, according to I. A. promise to develop it, but instead began to fill the site pornoralle, and generally on CL have no idea - I think the new reviews we'll see, and the normal development of the website will not receive.
Of course, there are planetphillip.com there mods-inside.ru that on the count of mods are far superior to C17 (not sure about the last one, but PP is the largest collection of mods HL in General throughout the network), but the whole point was that still, C17.ru - it was the site of our the man who wrote reviews from the heart, without turning the fashion rating in numerals, without describing fashion dry, clear and multiletter, but at the same time, adequately giving estimates and priorities.

Very sorry that I. A. did it, not even checking reliability of people, which entrusts the fruit of almost a decade of work.

I have bad news for you...
No, the site is still standing... sitting... no, well, not lies exactly. In short, it works. But, when you try to go in there, my antivirus (Microsoft Security Essentialis) rebelled against some JavaScript, exploiting some vulnerability. And this alarm is repeated on each page of the website. This is very suspicious, given the questionable policy of the site owners, I'm sure at 95% that the operation is not false. Moreover, C17.ru is not like a site that uses something more complicated that HTML+CSS.
Therefore, I strongly suggest you go to this website. At least without antivirals and enabled in the browser JavaScript.
I have a full backup of the site a year ago, made using WinHTTrack, and I've filled it to the hosting Yandex (you can see that the Binoculars did the mirror C17 to people, but now the link doesn't work), in the form of the archive: download (RAR, 212 Mbyte). [upd: flooded even for a mega.] I checked it for viruses, just in case, check showed no threats, and I really don't see there any JavaScript (although it can be right in .html... Oh well, you can verify its antiviral, if you do not trust).
