Fluffy Manager 5000 not see fashion (Resident Evil 2)

Who knows why the Manager sees some fashion,sometimes it helps if you extract the archive,sometimes he doesn't see the mod if you break the folder structure,but in some cases it is stupid to not see any archive or the unpacked version.
