All console commands? Spawn items/NPC/Equipment? (Crysis)

Actually, long ago I ran across one mod for kukurusina, which added a new console command, thanks to which it was possible to spawn the technique and, like, NPC. Now the search engine does not give anything sane. Can anyone tell me what it was called and where this miracle can be found?
