Crashes long run (Age of Wonders: Planetfall)

Play Age of Wonders 4 has faced two problems:
1. The game is very long run, about 5 minutes, I don't know what it involves. The computer is well drawn, but why that long is loaded at startup. Driver and library are all new, the antivirus is disabled, the game license, Windows 7. Maybe someone knows the reason?
2. While playing on a random map at some point, after about an hour or two (and maybe in the time of the study some of the objects) the game just crashes without an error and offers to send report to developers. When loading autosaves, same thing happens when the screen area gets some object (neuspevaju to consider). Tell me whether someone like that?
