Time in the game (The Sims 3)

Game minute lasts for 1 real second. This time very fast and a lot of things the characters just don't have time to do. I would like to slow down time, to the minute lasted 2 or 3 real seconds (the speed of the game and the actions of the Sims does not change). Can this be set in the config of the game or what working fashion advise?
